It is compact, yet light and very strong. The EV 3 is a expedition tent designed for the rigors of high altitude mountaineering. One of the more interesting features of this cool product is the Interior zip and built in ventilation helps fight frost and wind chill. Perfect it aint, but when we first noticed the Atlas Scandium XL poles, we just wanted to run off and start using it. This product is "relatively" cheap considering that it is a 3 person tent and offers conduit fr 30d fly fabric. This versatile product also has proprietary evolution tension arch stabilizes tent using fewer poles that often comes in handy, this also makes it very light. It is made up of very sturdy material which will last you for years.
